12116100 CANYON CREEK NEAR CEDAR FALLS, WA
LOCATION - Lat 47°25'11", long 121°45'55" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.03, T.22 N., R.8 E., King County, WA, Hydrologic Unit 17110012, Snoqualmie National Forest, on right bank 400 ft upstream from mouth, and 0.8 mi east of town of Cedar Falls.
DRAINAGE AREA - 0.19 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Datum of gage was previously reported as 1,040 ft above NGVD of 1929. This datum was revised on April 4, 2024.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 1945 to current year. Prior to October 1960 published in WSP 1932.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and wooden control. Datum of gage is 1,252.92 ft above NGVD of 1929 and is 1,256.59 ft above NAVD of 1988 (GNSS survey by USGS, July 20, 2022).
REMARKS - No regulation or diversion upstream from station. Flow is mostly seepage from Chester Morse Lake. U.S. Geological Survey satellite telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD -

Maximum discharge, 131 ft³/s, Dec. 7, 1975, gage height, 2.22 ft; minimum discharge, 0.06 ft³/s, Oct. 22-31, Nov. 3-8 2015, gage height, 0.58 ft.
