LOCATION - Lat 48°18'07", long 121°25'01" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.32, T.33 N., R.11 E., Skagit County, WA, Hydrologic Unit 17110006, on the right bank 10 ft downstream from bridge, 9.4 mi northeast of Darringtion, and at mile 11.8.
DRAINAGE AREA - 283 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 2013 to October 2015, October 2016 to September 2017.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is arbitrary. U.S. Geological Survey telemeter at station.
REMARKS -
  • Water Year 2014: No estimated discharges. Records fair except discharges above 6,000 ft³/s, which are poor.
  • Water Year 2015: Records fair except for estimated daily discharges Oct. 10-11, Jan. 23-27, Aug. 17-26 and discharges above 6,000 ft³/s, which are poor.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 11,900 ft³/s Nov. 28, 2014, gage height, 10.55 ft; minimum daily discharge, 351 ft³/s Sept. 24, 2017.
