LOCATION - Lat 48°27'14", long 122°16'15" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.10, T.34 N., R.4 E., Skagit County, WA, Hydrologic Unit 17110007, on left bank downstream from Swan Road bridge, 2.4 mi northeast of Mount Vernon, and at mile 4.1.
DRAINAGE AREA - 69.8 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2004 to September 30, 2016, (gage height only).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is NGVD of 1929.
REMARKS - No known regulation or diversion upstream from station. Stage is influenced by backwater from the Skagit River at mid to high flow.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum gage height, 38.87 ft (backwater affected), Nov. 7, 2006; minimum gage height, 14.80 ft, Oct. 11, 12, 2009.
