LOCATION - Lat 48°41'53", long 116°18'45" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.27, T.62 N., R.1 E., Boundary County, ID, Hydrologic Unit 17010104, Bonners Ferry quad., on left bank 100 ft downstream from Highway 95 bridge at Bonners Ferry, and at mile 152.8.

NGVD of 1929 is 0.02 ft higher, NAVD of 1988 is 3.826 ft higher. May 1 to Oct. 15, 1904, non recording gage on railroad bridge 0.8 mi downstream at different datum. Oct. 1, 1927 to Nov. 30, 1929, non recording gage near left bank. Dec. 1, 1929 to June 12, 1933, non recording gages on old highway bridge 40 ft downstream. Non recording gage near right bank on downstream side of highway bridge at Bonners Ferry, June 13, 1933 to Sept. 30, 1960. May 8, 1942 to present, recording gage on left bank downstream from highway bridge at present datum. Datum of gages Oct. 1, 1927 to Jan. 2, 1931, was about 0.23 ft lower.
