LOCATION - Lat 43°20'26", long 115°28'42" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.14, T.1 S., R.8 E., Elmore County, ID, Hydrologic Unit 17050113, Anderson Ranch Dam quad., on private property, on left bank attached to downstream side of a wooden walk bridge crossing Dixie Creek.

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2010 to September 2014. (discontinued)
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Elevation of gage datum is arbitrary.
REMARKS -
  • Water Year 2014: Records poor.
  • EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 185 ft³/s March 14, 2012, gage height, 7.11 ft; no flow for long periods.
    WATER-QUALITY RECORDS
    PERIOD OF RECORD - Continuous water temperature data were collected from October 2010 to September 2014.
    REMARKS - Numerical uncertainty is not currently computed for time-series water-quality records but qualitative ratings are provided based on professional judgment.
  • Water Year 2014: Records good except for the period July 31-Aug. 1, records poor. There are 13 days of missing/deleted data during the period of flow. Periods include Feb. 8 to May 30 and July 31 to Aug. 1. 92.1% of the daily values will be reported.
