LOCATION - Lat 45°49'31", long 115°31'38" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.25, T.29 N., R.7 E., Idaho County, ID, Hydrologic Unit 17060305, Center Star Mountain quad., on right bank downstream side of bridge, at road to Orogrande, 0.2 mi upstream from Crooked River, 4.5 mi west of Elk City, and at mile 58.6.
DRAINAGE AREA - 261 mi²,
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Sept. 1944 to Sept. 1974, Aug. 2002 to Apr. 2013, Mar. 2014 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage datum is arbitrary. June 23, 1949 to Sept. 1974 at site about 50 ft downstream at datum of 3,816.27 ft above NGVD of 1929. Prior to June 23, 1949, non recording gage at site about 74 ft downstream at datum of 3,810.13 ft.
REMARKS - No regulation or diversion above station except for mining operations.
