- Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 43°15'50", long 122°25'14" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 sec.35, T.26 S., R.3 E., Douglas County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 17100301, Umpqua National Forest and at mile 75.2.
DRAINAGE AREA - 334.8 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1925 to December 1945, April 1946 to September 1948, October 2003 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 2,312.66 ft above NAVD of 1988. Prior to Mar. 23, 2012, at site 500 ft downstream at different datum.
REMARKS - Minimum flow requirements are maintained by diversion dam 0.1 mi upstream from gage, which diverts water into Toketee Canal for power generation at Toketee Powerplant. Diversion discharged back into the North Umpqua River at Slide Creek diversion dam, at mile 73.5.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 11,400 ft³/s Dec. 30, 2005, gage height, 9.30 ft, site and datum then in use; minimum discharge, 15 ft³/s Oct. 1, 2003.
