LOCATION - Lat 18°24'51", long 66°08'02" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Bayamon Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010005, 1.7 mi (2.74 km) west of Fort Buchanan main gate, 0.2 mi (0.32 km) southeast of oil refinery, and 0.9 mi (1.45 km) east of Goya Products plant, Name: Piezometer Fort Buchanan 1, Bayamo'n, PR.
REVISIONS HISTORY -

The following inspections were revised after found an incongruence on the MP selection:

01/10/2017, 03/28/2017, 05/30/2017, 03/15/2018, 04/09/2018 and 06/21/2018. 

GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 249.4 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 209.4 ft, bottom of last opening 249.4 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 46 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF STEEL CASING, 42.67 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jul. 14, 1994 to Dec. 10, 2008; TOP OF PVC CASING INSIDE STEEL PIPE, 42.78 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Dec. 10, 2008 to Feb. 12, 2016; ON TOP OF 6 IN. STEEL PIPE, 42.5 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Mar. 22, 2016 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD - One measurement on July 14, 1994. From September 12, 1997 to current year.
GAGE - Monthly measurement with chalked tape.
COOPERATION - Funding for site provided by the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources and the US Geological Survey.
REMARKS - WY 2013: Observation well. WY 2014: Cement base was fixed and steel frame was added around well casing.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level measured, 23.44 ft., below land-surface datum, December 13, 2005; lowest water level measured, 49.67 ft., below land-surface datum, July 14, 1994.
