LOCATION - Lat 18°25'48.3", long 66°16'44.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Dorado Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010005, 1.47 mi (2.36 km) north of Highway 2, 0.6 mi south of State Road 695, 0.04 mi (0.06 km) south of the intersection of State Road 694 with State Road 659, and 0.02 mi (0.03 km) east of State Road 659. Well is located approximately 75 ft East of PR-6659, along a shallow ditch behind buildings/parking lot at the corner of PR-694 and PR-6659. 
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 105 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 95 ft, bottom of last opening 110 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 39.36 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: METAL BAR ON PULLEY, 35.56 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Feb. 15, 1995 to Apr. 13, 2002; INSTRUMENT TABLE, 35.7 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Apr. 12, 2002 to Dec. 9, 2008; TOP OF SHELTER FLOOR, 35.78 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Dec. 9, 2008 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 22, 1995 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder 15 minute interval.
COOPERATION - Funding for site provided by the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources and the US Geological Survey.
REMARKS - Water Level affected by pumping of nearby well.
