Measuring point: Top of casing above cement pad. 1.72 ft above LSD, 56.02 ft above Local Mean Sea Level, Jan. 9, 1996 to Apr. 11, 2015; Bracketing notches on PVC casing, 56.06 ft above Local Mean Sea Level, Apr. 10, 2015 to Mar. 30, 2017; Bracketed indentations on top of pvc casing, 56.07 ft above Local Mean Sea Level, Mar. 29, 2017 to present.
