LOCATION - Lat 19°43'15.6", long 156°00'12.1" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Hawaii County, HI, Hydrologic Unit 20010000, 6 miles north from Kailua, Kona, and 1.7 miles west of Mamalahoa Highway.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 702 ft. Upper casing diameter 10 in; top of first opening 682 ft, bottom of last opening 702 ft. Bottom 20 feet is 10 inches inside diameter by 1/4-inch thick louver type screen with 68 square inches per lineal foot. Reported bottom elevation, -22 feet relative to mean sea level.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 680.4 ft above undefined vertical datum. Measuring point: Bracked by notches on top of six inch casing, 681.07 ft above Local Mean Sea Level, Feb. 1, 2012 to present. Land-surface datum is above local mean sea level.
PERIOD OF RECORD - Water Level: periodic measurements - August 1975, February 2009, and November 2010 to October 2017.  Site discontinued.
PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD - March 2009 to August 2010, November 2010 to October 2017.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 3.56 ft. above mean sea level, September 29, October 5, 2015; lowest water level, 2.37 ft. above mean sea level, August 27, 2012.
