LOCATION - Lat 25°41'53.65", long 80°21'39.98" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.32, T.54 S., R.40 E., Miami-Dade County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, about 0.30 mi east of the intersection of SW 107th Avenue and SW 76th Street and 300 ft south of the Snapper Creek (C-2) Canal.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 39.1 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 35.2 ft, bottom of last opening 39.1 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 7.20 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: top of casing, 6.66 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Mar. 24, 2010 to Mar. 3, 2020; top of casing, 6.65 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Mar. 3, 2020 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 2010 to current year.
GAGE - Electronic data logger with pressure transducer and water temperature probe.
COOPERATION - Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Department (WASD).
REMARKS - Water levels are affected by well field pumping.
