LOCATION - Lat 25°41'56.75", long 80°21'38.27" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.32, T.54 S., R.40 E., Miami-Dade County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, on north side of Snapper Creek Canal, 0.25 mi southeast of the intersection of SW 107th Avenue and Sunset Drive, and 4.6 mi west of South Miami.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Groundwater level of 8.47 ft above NGVD 1929, measured on July 22, 1994, was removed on June 15, 2021, after it was determined to be erroneous. Groundwater level of 10.07 ft above NGVD 1929, measured on Aug. 26, 1994, was removed on June 15, 2021, after it was determined to be erroneous. Groundwater level of 5.25 ft above NGVD 1929, measured on March 31, 1995, was removed on June 25, 2021, after it was determined to be erroneous. Groundwater level of -2.93 ft above NGVD 1929, measured on May 24, 2009, was removed on June 25, 2021, after it was determined to be erroneous.

Prior to October 2010, the top of base measuring point was incorrectly considered to be 8.22 ft NGVD, and the top of casing was considered to be 8.17 ft NGVD. See REMARKS.
