LOCATION - Lat 26°00'46.1", long 80°10'42.2" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.17, T.51 S., R.42 E., Broward County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, at northeast corner of 35th Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard, 0.7 mi west of U.S. Interstate 95.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 52 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 50 ft, bottom of last opening 52 ft.

Measuring point: unknown, 16.14 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, May. 3, 1978 to Jul. 17, 1981; top of base, 16.26 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jul. 16, 1981 to Jul. 6, 1984; top of base or top of casing, 16.24 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jul. 6, 1984 to Apr. 11, 2002; top of base, 16.02 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jun. 25, 2002 to present.

REMARKS - Records of water levels prior to October 1973 are available in files of the U.S. Geological Survey.
