LOCATION - Lat 26°13'25", long 81°47'32" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.10, T.49 S., R.25 E., Collier County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090204, 15 ft west of Ridge Drive, 300 ft south of North Street in Naples.
REVISIONS HISTORY - The lowest extreme for the period of record has been revised to 4.44 ft below NGVD May 1, 2008. This revised figure superseded those published in previous WDR FL-2A water years and WDR-US-2006 to WDR-US-2009, site 261302081473901.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 83 ft. Upper casing diameter 8 in; top of first opening 63 ft, bottom of last opening 83 ft. Artesian well, open hole 63 to 83 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 15.2 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of casing, 3.46 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 21, 1986 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 1970 to November 1986 (daily), December 1986 to September 2009 (monthly), October 2009 to current year.
GAGE - Bimonthly measurement with chalked tape.
REMARKS - Well is also used for salinity monitoring. Records of water levels prior to October 1973 are available in files of the U.S. Geological Survey.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest daily maximum water level, 11.20 ft NGVD, Sept. 24, 1970; lowest, 4.44 ft below NGVD, May 1, 2008. See REVISED RECORDS.
