LOCATION - Lat 26°13'48.13", long 81°35'12.54" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.11, T.49 S., R.27 E., Collier County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090204, at southwest corner of 10th Street SE and Golden Gate Boulevard, 2.3 mi west of Everglades Boulevard and 12.9 mi northeast of the Collier County Government Center.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 40 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 12 ft, bottom of last opening 40 ft. Open hole 12 to 40 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 12.9 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of shelf, 1.78 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 16, 2015, to present. See REMARKS.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1984 to January 2016. Discontinued.
GAGE - Satellite data collection platform.
REMARKS - Well is also used for salinity monitoring. Well height reduced due to road construction September 2012. Station damaged, repaired January 1995, November 2004, and September 2005. Station damaged September 2015 and repaired October 2015. Well destroyed for road widening project and replaced with C-953R (261342081352903)See DATUM.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest daily maximum water level, 13.78 ft NGVD, Sept. 8, 2006; lowest, 4.02 ft NGVD, May 31, 2007 and June 6, 2007.
