LOCATION - Lat 26°17'07.2", long 80°09'08.0" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.15, T.48 S., R.42 E., Broward County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, 50 ft east of Powerline Road, 0.8 mi north of Sample Road, and 2.3 mi northeast of Coconut Creek.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 14 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined.
