REVISIONS HISTORY - Period of record high was previously published in error as 7.8 ft, Sep. 13, 1994, published in WDR-US-2007. The period of record high is 11.65 ft, Apr. 3, 4, 1987.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 110 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 51 ft, bottom of last opening 110 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 12.4 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of 4 inch coupling, 1.3 ft above land-surface datum, May 20, 2003 to present. Prior to Oct. 1, 1977, land-surface datum was considered to be 11 ft from topographic map.
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 1974 to October 1976 (weekly) incomplete; November 1976 to September 1989, incomplete; October 1990 to September 2011 (miscellaneous water level measurements), discontinued. Records of water levels prior to October 1976 are available in files of the Geological Survey. The figures of water levels as elevation in feet NGVD, prior to October 1, 1977, are in error. Correct elevations for data published prior to this date may be obtained by using datum correction of +1.40 ft. Revised records are in files of the Geological Survey.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest daily maximum water level, 11.65 ft NGVD, Apr. 3, 4, 1987; lowest water level measured, 3.39 ft (uncorrected) below NGVD, Apr. 26, 1976. Lowest water level measured corrected would be 1.99 ft below NGVD. This has not been exceeded and is the period of record low.
