LOCATION - Lat 27°01'24.6", long 80°28'01.7" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.06, T.40 S., R.39 E., Martin County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, near intersection of SW Washington Avenue and SW Osceola Street, 0.1 mi northeast of State Road 710.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 80 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 25 ft, bottom of last opening 80 ft. Gravel-packed 25 to 80 ft. See REMARKS.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 32.8 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of base, 35.7 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, May 4, 2001 to present. Land-surface datum is 31.51 feet above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.  See REMARKS.
PERIOD OF RECORD - September 1974 to current year.
GAGE - Satellite data collection platform.
COOPERATION - South Florida Water Management District.
REMARKS - The well has been reported to be open to the aquifer from 25 to 80 ft, but obstructed at a depth of 23 ft. Further investigation revealed that the well was finished with a gravel-packed screen throughout the open interval and so the well cannot be sounded to its full depth. The figures of water levels as elevation, in feet NGVD, prior to October 1, 1990 are in error. A -0.22 ft correction may be required to correct the data prior to October 1990. The station was reconstructed May 4, 2001. See DATUM.
