LOCATION - Lat 27°17'55.5", long 80°15'28.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.32, T.36 S., R.41 E., St. Lucie County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, 4 ft from north edge of Walton Road, 0.5 mi west of Indian River Drive (County Road 707) approximately 15 ft west of STL-175.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 30 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 26 ft, bottom of last opening 30 ft. Gravel-packed casing and screen 12.4 to 30 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 18.8 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of base, 22.2 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Nov. 1992 to Dec. 3, 2019; Top of Casing, 19.02 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Dec. 4, 2019 to present. Land-surface datum is 17.1 feet above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
PERIOD OF RECORD - February 1974 to January 1979 (daily), May 1988 to November 1992 (semiannual), February 1993 to current year.
GAGE - Electronic data logger.
COOPERATION - South Florida Water Management District.
REMARKS - Station reconstructed in February 1993. Well depth cannot be sounded below 12.4 ft because of gravel pack.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level recorded, 18.55 ft NGVD, Aug. 20, 2008; lowest measured, 9.26 ft NGVD, Apr. 17, 1987.
