- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 27°52'20", long 81°48'01" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.15, T.30 S., R.25 E., Polk County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03100101, 1.5 mi southeast of Bartow, 2.0 mi east of U.S. Highway 17/98, and 2.5 mi south of State Highway 60.
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR 2003 - 2005 land surface datum changed from NGVD 1929 TO NAVD 1988.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 143 ft. Upper casing diameter undefined; top of first opening 62 ft, bottom of last opening 143 ft. Drilled, observation, artesian well, (based on well log by SWFWMD 3/14/06).
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 95.26 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of shelter floor, 3.76 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 13, 2003 to present. Land-surface datum is 95.95 ft above NAVD 1988 and 96.17 ft NGVD 1929. Measuring point: 99.02 ft above NAVD 1988, top of recorder shelter floor, 3.76 ft above land-surface datum.
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 2003 to October 2007 (discontinued).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder--60-minute interval.
REMARKS - Water level may be in direct connection with the Peace River.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest daily maximum water level, 93.54 ft NAVD 88, Sept. 30, 2004; lowest, 60.46 ft NAVD 88, June 1, 2007.
