LOCATION - Lat 28°23'41", long 81°04'01" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.13, T.24 S., R.32 E., Orange County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03080101, in Cocoa well field, 100 ft west of Cocoa Water Plant Road, 7 mi west of State Highway 520, and 11.3 mi south of Bithlo. Owner: City of Cocoa.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 516 ft. Upper casing diameter 10 in; top of first opening 301 ft, bottom of last opening 516 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 74.74 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of recorder shelf, 77.77 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Mar. 9, 1960 to Oct. 1, 2007; Top of shelf, 77.8 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Oct. 1, 2007 to Jan. 26, 2018; Top of recorder shelf, 77.81 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jan. 26, 2018 to May. 11, 2021; Top of Shelf- Found to be unstable. Use TOC MP5, 77.81 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, May. 11, 2021 to May. 12, 2021; Top of Casing, 77.74 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, May. 11, 2021 to present.
