LOCATION - Lat 28°27'38", long 81°34'14" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.25, T.23 S., R.27 E., Orange County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090101, on Overstreet Road, 0.6 mi west of State Highway 535, and 3.2 mi southwest of Windermere. Owner: U.S. Geological Survey.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 178 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 103 ft, bottom of last opening 178 ft. Drilled, unused, observation well, cased to 103 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 119.64 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of coupling, 118.92 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Feb. 22, 1979 to Nov. 15, 2006; Top of PVC coupling, 119.39 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jun. 6, 2007 to present.

Prior to June 6, 2007, measuring point was 0.47 ft lower. Land-surface datum is 118.72 ft above National American Vertical Datum of 1988. 

PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1980 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and data-collection platform--15-minute interval.
COOPERATION - This gage is monitored in cooperation with the South Florida Water Management District.
REMARKS - Water levels affected by nearby pumping.
