LOCATION - Lat 28°28'39", long 81°30'26" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.22, T.23 S., R.28 E., Orange County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090101, 2.0 mi southwest of Windermere, and 2.3 mi north of Doctor Phillips. Owner: U.S. Geological Survey.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 235 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 161 ft, bottom of last opening 235 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 157.1 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of coupling, 159.66 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Feb. 22, 1979 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1980 to June 1981 (bimonthly); July 1981 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and data-collection platform--15-minute interval.
COOPERATION - This gage is monitored in cooperation with the Reedy Creek Improvement District.
REMARKS - Water levels affected by nearby pumping.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level recorded, 78.55 ft above NGVD of 1929, Sept. 26, 2004; lowest recorded 50.61 ft above NGVD of 1929, July 19, 2000.
