LOCATION - Lat 28°54'22.3", long 82°36'13.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.17, T.18 S., R.17 E., Citrus County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03100207,
REVISIONS HISTORY - The figures of water levels as elevation, in feet NGVD, prior to Oct. 1, 1988, are in error. Correct elevations for data published prior to this date may be obtained by using datum correction of +0.18 ft.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 176 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 162 ft, bottom of last opening 176 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 8.15 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of recorder shelter floor, 2.50 ft above land-surface datum, May 26, 1989 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 1964 to September 1977 (periodic); October 1977 to September 1991; October 1991 to September 2011 (miscellaneous water level measurements), discontinued. Records of water levels prior to January 1974 are available in files of the Gelogical Survey.
GAGE - Miscellaneous measurement with chalked tape.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest daily maximum water level, 5.15 ft NGVD, Aug. 31, 1985; lowest measured, 0.32 ft below NGVD, March 19, 1993.
