LOCATION - Lat 29°11'05", long 81°59'26" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in sec.15, T.15 S., R.23 E., Marion County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03080102, on south side of Sharpes Ferry Road, 6.5 mi east of Ocala:  Owner St. Johns River Water Management.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 118 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 118 ft, bottom of last opening 173 ft. Drilled, unused, observation well, cased to 173 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 47.67 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Between file marks on top of PVC cleanout, 52.65 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988, Sep. 17, 2019 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2019 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and data-collection platform--15-minute interval.
COOPERATION - This gage is monitored in cooperation with the St. Johns River Water Management District.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level measured, 49.63 ft above NGVD of 1929, Sept. 23, 2019; lowest recorded, 44.22 ft above NGVD of 1929, June 14,2023.
