GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 775 ft. Upper casing diameter 8 in; top of first opening 664 ft, bottom of last opening 775 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 10 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Hole in wooden platform over well casing, 1.0 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 11, 1952 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - Discrete measurements from 1942 and 1949 to present. Continuous record from December 1952 - June 1980, September 1989 to December 2016.
GAGE - A logger recording measurements at 15-minute intervals. Quarterly water levels.
COOPERATION - Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, Public Works and Water Resources Division.
