LOCATION - Lat 29°58'56", long 81°37'23" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in sec.00, T.6 S., R.27 E., Clay County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03080103, below Shands Bridge on State Highway 16, on the southeast piling of boat fenders, 3.5 mi east-southeast of Green Cove Springs, and 50 mi upstream from mouth.
