LOCATION - Lat 30°24'18.95", long 81°52'19.69" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.23, T.1 S., R.24 E., Duval County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03080103, 1.5 mi west of west end of Garden Street, off a private dirt road in Jacksonville. Owner: Monticello Drug Company.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 708 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 416 ft, bottom of last opening 708 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 86.78 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Black mark on shelter floor, 1.29 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 1, 2009, to present. Prior to Oct. 1, 2009 measuring point was 0.21 ft higher. Prior to October 1991, land-surface datum considered to be 86.00 ft from topographic map.
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 1971 to September 2015 (discontinued).
