Measuring point: Top of concrete vault (above LSD), 0.10 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 15, 1995 to present; Top of 2 inch PVC casing, black mark on west side (below LSD), 0.36 ft below land-surface datum, May 24, 2010 to present.
