LOCATION - Lat 32°41'16.06", long 117°05'08.15" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, San Diego County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18070304, along North edge of park near curb, directly across the street from 2305 East 1st Street, National City.
REVISIONS HISTORY -
Discrete water-level readings for NAVD88 and NGVD29 values were updated due to an incorrect offset that was originally applied. The changes were made to the values from the start of the record through May 18, 2021.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 960 ft. Upper casing diameter 1.94 in; top of first opening 920 ft, bottom of last opening 960 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 109.21 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: TOP OF PVC, 0.84 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 15, 2003 to Oct. 16, 2005; Top of 2 inch PVC casing, black mark on west side (below LSD), 0.7 ft below land-surface datum, Oct. 15, 2005 to present; Top of concrete vault (above LSD), 0.6 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 15, 2005 to May. 6, 2020.
PERIOD OF RECORD - Water year 2003 to current year.
GAGE - Electronic data logger and pressure sensor.
REMARKS - Sudden water-level changes may be attributed to nearby anthropogenic effects such as pumping and sampling. El Toyon Park Cluster Wells consist of five continuous record groundwater wells, located in a common ground-level vault.
