LOCATION - Lat 33°22'05.89", long 92°43'28.60" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.02, T.16 W., R.16 W., Union County, AR, Hydrologic Unit 08040201, and at Smackover.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 552 ft. Upper casing diameter 10 in; top of first opening 480 ft, bottom of last opening 550 ft.  
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 114 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Vent pipe opening, marked on west side, 2.5 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 9, 1964 to present.  A benchmark elevation have been set and surveyed.  Levels will need to be ran at a given point.  Benchmark elevation was established via GNSS survey GPS base unit. 
PERIOD OF RECORD - Periodic water levels Dec 1964 and Mar 1965, semi-annual Apr 1967 to Oct 1980, annual 1981 to 1990, periodic 1993 to 2000, and continuous Jul 2003 to current year.
GAGE -

Continuous transducer with modem telemetry. As of September 2024, the LSD is 110.82 ft above NAVD88 (Reference Frame NAD_83 (2011) (EPOCH:2010.0000) GEOID18). The MP is 2.16 ft above the LSD.

Prior to September 2024, the LSD was 114 ft above NAVD88 with a measuring point 2.5 ft above LSD.
