LOCATION - Lat 34°05'38.26", long 117°17'13.88" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in sec.00, T.1 S., R.4 W., San Bernardino County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18070203, in sec. 10, T.1 S., R.4 W., at Burbank Elementary School, approximately 650 ft north of East Mill Street, and 50 ft east of South Mountain View Avenue, in the city of San Bernardino.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 149.4 ft. Upper casing diameter 2.17 in; top of first opening 120 ft, bottom of last opening 140 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,004.79 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: TOP OF STEEL CASING IN VAULT, 1.32 ft below land-surface datum, Nov. 18, 2003 to present. Prior to 02/03/2023, the land-surface datum was 1,004.92 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
PERIOD OF RECORD - Water year 2004 to current year.
GAGE - Electronic data logger.
REMARKS - The Burbank cluster wells consist of three continuous record groundwater wells, located in a common ground-level vault. The individual stations are well 1S/4W-10K1, station 340538117171401; well 1S/4W-10K2, station 340538117171402; and well 1S/4W-10K3, station 340538117171403.
