REVISIONS HISTORY -

When the site was established on 12/30/21 an elevation of 466 feet above NAVD88 was determined for the land surface datum (LSD) using a digital elevation model (DEM). On 3/31/22 a Level II GNSS survey was completed to determine the elevation of LSD more accurately. A new elevation of 472.27 ft above NAVD88 was calculated for the LSD. The water level elevation above NAVD88 was recalculated for the discrete groundwater levels measured on 3/31/22, 6/6/22, and 6/7/22. The depth to water below land surface measurements were not affected by this change.

GROUNDWATER RECORDS

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 2,040 ft. Upper casing diameter 1.94 in; top of first opening 2,020 ft, bottom of last opening 2,040 ft.

DATUM - Land-surface datum is 472.27 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Black mark on top of PVC casing, 0.53 ft below land-surface datum, Dec. 13, 2021 to present; EVEN LEVEL WITH TOP OF VAULT, 0 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 13, 2021 to present.

REMARKS -

Record is rated good. Sudden water-level changes may be attributed to nearby anthropogenic effects such as pumping and sampling or natural events such as earthquakes.

Site consists of six continuous record groundwater wells, located in a common ground-level vault.
