REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Groundwater levels for the period Dec. 14, 2016 to July 4, 2017, were revised on Sep. 16, 2020, because a correction to the continuous data based on discrete measurements needed to be applied.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 200 ft. Upper casing diameter 16 in; top of first opening 48 ft, bottom of last opening 248 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 2,406.42 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Hole in metal shelter floor, north side, orange paint, cut line, 0.9 ft above land-surface datum, Jan. 15, 1987 to Sep. 2, 2009; Top of 6 inch casing, west side, 3.0 ft above land-surface datum, Sep. 1, 2009 to present. The NAVD of 1988 datum was determined by a level 2 GNSS survey (Reference Frame NAD_83 (2011) (EPOCH:2010.0000), GEOID18) by USGS on February 19, 2020 and tied to RM1. Prior to February 19, 2020, the gage datum was 2,404.1 ft above NGVD of 1929 as determined via level by USGS on January 26, 1971.
