LOCATION - Lat 36°37'49", long 83°43'07" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Bell County, KY, Hydrologic Unit 05130101, Middlesboro North quadrangle loctaed at the SE corner of house in Binghamtown 100 feet south of Beltline Rd, Kentucky Hwy 441,
REVISIONS HISTORY - Previous Land-surface datum of 1,130 ft (from topo map) above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 was revised to 1131.91 ft on Dec 6, 2022. Measuring point: Is a painted file mark on top of casing, 2.50 ft above land-surface datum, May 21, 1964 to Aug. 22 2019. 
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 39 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined. Well drilled in 1921 with an iron casing.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,131.4 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Measuring point is a painted file mark on top of well casing, 2.5 ft above land-surface datum, May. 21, 1964 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD -   May 1964 to October 1984 and January 2016 to present.
GAGE - Continuous water level recorder with telemetry.  Land Surface Datum is 1,131.4 feet above NAVD of 1988 and 1,131.91 ft above NGVD of 1929.
