LOCATION - Lat 36°52'10", long 88°39'13" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Graves County, KY, Hydrologic Unit 08010201, Hickory quadrangle, in a cultivated field, 200 feet east of a private road, 1.2 miles northwest of Viola.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 106 ft. Upper casing diameter 10 in; top of first opening 85 ft, bottom of last opening 105 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 405.13 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Floor of shelter, 4.03 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 1, 1950 to Mar. 22, 2017; chiseled notch on inside of gage opening into well, 4.12 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 22, 2017 to present. Measuring point is the floor of shelter, at 4.12 above land-surface datum March 22, 2017 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - February 1951 to current year.
GAGE - Continuous water level recorder with telemetry, 15 minute interval.
