LOCATION - Lat 36°54'00", long 94°52'17" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.18, T.28 N., R.23 E., Ottawa County, OK, Hydrologic Unit 11070206, on the north side of 22nd Street in Miami, 0.5 mi east of intersection of Main and 22nd Street.

GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 1,145 ft. Upper casing diameter 10 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 777 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top edge of lip of 1/2-inch hole in plate welded on top of casing, 1.50 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 27, 1992 to present.
