LOCATION - Lat 37°13'20.84", long 116°29'29.41" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Nye County, NV, Hydrologic Unit 18090202,
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 2,065 ft. Upper casing diameter 24 in; top of first opening 1,940 ft, bottom of last opening 2,065 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 6,180.9 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of 2.875-in. carbon steel casing supported by landing plate welded to 24-in. casing, 2.31 ft above land-surface datum, Jan. 23, 2015 to present.
COOPERATION - U.S. Department of Energy as part of the Nevada Environmental Management Operations Activity.
REMARKS - Periodic water-level measurements are made throughout the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) and adjacent areas to aid in characterizing the local and regional groundwater flow systems. The following data have been collected and reviewed according to quality-assurance requirements specific to the NNSS.
