LOCATION - Lat 37°40'12", long 105°41'04" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.032, T.40 N., R.12 E., Alamosa County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 13010003, 0.5 mi north of County Lane 6, 1.6 mi east of San Luis Lake, 7.4 mi east of State Hwy 17, and 10.2 mi west-northwest of Alamosa.
REVISIONS HISTORY - April 2022: water levels, Jan. 1, 1978, to Apr. 30, 1978, water levels did not correspond with cooperator database, Apr. 26, 2022.
