LOCATION - Lat 37°52'43", long 109°19'13" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.30, T.33 S., R.24 E., San Juan County, UT, Hydrologic Unit 14080203,
REVISIONS HISTORY - Hourly water level and daily minimum water level data was removed from the published record from Dec 2-4, 2001. Review of the record determined that this period contained erroneous data due to a faulty instrument and required revision. The revisions were made on Feb 25, 2019.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 319 ft. Upper casing diameter 10 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined. This well is referred to as the Monticello Well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 6,928.5 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: 0.52 above lsd MP3 ground metal mark on top of caseing, 0.52 ft above land-surface datum, Sep. 17, 2015 to May 24, 2018; ground mark on casing, 0.53 ft above land-surface datum, May 25, 2018 to present. Ground metal mark on top of casing 0.53 ft above LSD from levels on 05/25/2018.
