LOCATION - Lat 37°53'27", long 97°28'54" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.07, T.25 S., R.1 W., Sedgwick County, KS, Hydrologic Unit 11030012, on the east side of the road. Owner: City of Wichita.

GROUNDWATER RECORDS

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 33.56 ft. Upper casing diameter .17 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined. Drilled unused water-table well.

DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,382.01 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of square plastic lid that sits on top of PVC pipe inside steel protective casing at well, 2.59 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 2, 2011 to present.

PERIOD OF RECORD - July 2014 to current year.

GAGE - Submersible transducer interfaced to a data-collection platform/data logger with a 1-hour update interval.

REMARKS - Water level fluctuates with river stage and nearby pumping. Satellite telemeter at station.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum water level, 1,376.68 above NAVD of 1988, July 12, 2016; minimum, 1,357.16 above NAVD of 1988, Dec. 15, 2014.
