LOCATION - Lat 37°56'42", long 97°38'53" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.21, T.24 S., R.3 W., Harvey County, KS, Hydrologic Unit 11030012, on the southwest corner of the road. Owner: City of Wichita.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 83.8 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,432.1 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: MP is top of 2-in PVC casing, 1.50 ft above land-surface datum, April 20, 2004, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - January 2006 to current year.
GAGE - Submersible transducer interfaced to a data-collection platform/data logger with a 1-hour update interval.
REMARKS - Water level fluctuates with river stage and nearby pumping.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum water level, 1,428.19 above NAVD of 1988, July 11, 2010; minimum, 1,419.25 above NAVD of 1988, Oct. 15, 2012.
