LOCATION - Lat 38°09'00.1", long 91°15'38.7" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.33, T.40 N., R.3 W., Crawford County, MO, Hydrologic Unit 07140103,
REVISIONS HISTORY - The record from 08/01/2008 to 09/30/2008 was modified after it was previously approved. After it was discovered that the gage reset of -0.04 ft on 08/01/2008 was unnecessary, the gage reset was removed by applying a correction of +0.05 ft during the period. A prorated correction from zero to +0.04 ft was applied to the period 01/28/2008 to 06/09/2008 after this period was previously approved. The gage was reset +0.07 ft on 06/09/2008 but it could not be resolved were the gage started deviating from the measured water level. Because of the obvious jump in the hydrograph at the gage reset on 06/09/2008, the hydrograph was smoothed with the applied correction. The record from 08/01/2008 to 09/30/2008 was modified after it was previously approved. After it was discovered that the gage reset of -0.04 ft on 08/01/2008 was unnecessary, the gage reset was removed by applying a correction of +0.05 ft during the period.

REMARKS - Data from 05/30/2007 to 09/30/2008 has been processed by the USGS with limited field water level measurements (5 measurements) during the period to verify the recorded water levels. This record is considered good and accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. Data from 10/01/2008 to 06/11/2009 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. Data from June 11, 2009 to June 30, 2010 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 07/01/2010 to 02/22/2011 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period. Because the float has a tendency to stick in the well the data is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. The record from 02/22/2011 to 08/30/2012 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data. The record is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The tape had a tendency to slip on the encoder wheel during this period. The record from 09/28/2016 to 06/26/2017 is fair based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.20 ft. All but one of the measurements made during this period were during a time at which the float had become stuck and required a site visit to free the float.
