LOCATION - Lat 38°20'38.3", long 75°06'57.3" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Worcester County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 02040303, near Keyser Point Rd., West Ocean City.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 243 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 233 ft, bottom of last opening 243 ft. Drilled, observation, artesian well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 10 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of recorder shelter platform, 2.13 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 16, 1975 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1975 to current year.
GAGE - Ocean City Groundwater Monitoring Network observation well.

Water levels have been affected by local groundwater withdrawals, especially during summer peak demand, in previous years. U.S. Geological Survey satellite data-collection platform at well.
    EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level measured, 1.14 ft below land surface, May 18, 2018 (recorder); lowest measured, 31.69 ft below land surface, August 21, 2002 (recorder).
