REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 792.61 ft NAVD88 on May 22, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published as 793 ft NAVD88 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 22, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 792.61 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 2.6 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 16, 2010 to present.  
GAGE - From March 16, 2010 to present, the water level recording device is a DCP with telemetry capability and the water level measuring device is a float driven encoder. Both devices are setting on top of the recorder shelf on the top of casing.
COOPERATION - Data from March 16, 2010 to present furnished by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR). Data from March 16, 2010 to present, processed by the USGS and MDNR.
REMARKS -

The record from 03/16/2010 to 11/17/2010 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 11/17/2010 to 08/28/2011 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 08/28/2011 to 04/10/2011 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 04/11/2011 to 11/26/2013 is good based on 6 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 11/27 to 11/12/2014 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Record was approved up to 11/27/2013 but no water level on that date. Actual water level was on 11/27/2012. Record should have started on 11/07/2013 instead of 11/27/2013. The record from 11/13/2014 to 07/25/2016 is fair based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.30 ft. During this record period the float frequently got stuck for periods that would sometimes last over 24 hours.
