LOCATION - Lat 39°12'53.4", long 75°46'16.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Queen Anne's County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 02060002, Andover Branch.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 15 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 12 ft, bottom of last opening 15 ft. Drilled observation well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 58 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Midpoint of stainless screw, 1.90 ft above land-surface datum, June 16, 2014, to present. Center of stainless steel bolt, installed in 2-inch PVC, 1.90 ft above land surface.
PERIOD OF RECORD - January 9, 2014 to current year.
GAGE -
  • Water Years 2014-2016: Records satisfactory to good.
    Water-level measurements by U.S. Geological Survey personnel. Equipped with water-level data logger -- 15-minute recording interval, June 2014 to current year. Missing record due to recorder malfunction and equipment removal during crop growing season.
  • REMARKS - Agricultural Monitoring Network project well.
    EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level measured, 4.08 ft below land surface, February 25, 2016 (recorder); lowest measured, 10.24 ft below land surface, October 22,2014 (recorder).
