LOCATION - Lat 39°20'47.49", long 76°51'22.34" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Baltimore County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 02060003, 0.35 mi north of Old Court Rd and 0.02 mi west of Hernwood Rd, Granite.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 250 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 71 ft, bottom of last opening 250 ft. Drilled, observation, water-table well, open hole below 71 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 489.48 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of recorder shelter platform, 1.60 ft above land-surface datum, Sep. 2, 1999 to Dec. 26, 2017; Top of casing, 1.5 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 27, 2017 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 1956 to current year.
GAGE - For 2014 Water Year, water-level measurements by U.S. Geological Survey personnel. Equipped with digital water-level recorder from September 1999 to October 1, 2014 (discontinued).
REMARKS - Maryland Groundwater-Level Monitoring Network observation well. U.S. Geological Survey water-level telemeter at well. Missing data due to recorder malfunction.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level measured, 10.02 ft below land surface, March 29, 2019; lowest measured, 28.24 ft below land surface, November 4, 5, 7, and 8, 2002 (recorder).
