- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.

LOCATION - Lat 39°21'04", long 77°55'48" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Jefferson County, WV, Hydrologic Unit 02070007, near maintenance building at National Fish Health Research Laboratory, Leetown.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 155 ft. Upper casing diameter 8 in; top of first opening 36.7 ft, bottom of last opening 155 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 479.19 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top edge of recorder shelter floor, 1.68 ft above land-surface datum, May 23, 2001 to present. Prior to May 23, 2001, measuring point was top edge of recorder shelter, 2.20 ft above land surface datum.
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 1988 to September 2009, June 2015 to current year.
GAGE - Electronic data logger and pressure transducer, 15-minute record interval.
REMARKS - Water-quality and well log data available. Well affected by nearby pumpage.
