LOCATION - Lat 39°25'17", long 77°19'04" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Frederick County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 02070009, north of Eaglehead Drive, near Lake Linganore.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 302 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 26 ft, bottom of last opening 302 ft.

Drilled, observation, water-table well; open hole below 26 ft.

February 25, 2020 well sounded at 319.60 rated fair due to at least 15-20' suspended loose sediment near bottom

DATUM - Land-surface datum is 563.2 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of casing, 3.25 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 1, 2003 to Mar. 28, 2019; Old shelter eliminated by landowner and replaced with locking lid. New MP=1.70, 1.7 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 27, 2019 to present.

Land-surface datum is 570 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of casing, 3.25 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 2003 to Mar. 27, 2019; Old shelter eliminated by landowner and replaced with locking lid. New MP=1.70, 1.70 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 27, 2019 to January 29, 2020.

Levels run into site January 29, 2020 show elevation of land surface is 563.20 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988 starting January 29, 2020 to present. No change to top of casing MP of -1.70 ft.

GAGE -  Equipped with digital water-level recorder from July 2003 to October 2010. Water-level measurements monthly by U.S. Geological Survey personnel with calibrated E-Tapes
